General
Madrid. Letter, unsigned, to Arthur Moore. Have been unable to send items at MS 143 Aj.37 and 38 yet. H.E. had mentioned 1724 in his memorial for the Cedula, pointing out that Company ship Prince Frederick ready to sail. Grimaldo complained to Company about money illegally imported in HMS Mermaid and Nonesuch; accounting required. Two men-of-war met with disaster. Prince Fernando acknowledged the heir. Last night Grimaldo sent letter to H.E dispatching Cedulas as first understood. Bad for our affairs, as H.E. couldn't push both at once. Enclosed letter for M. Lambert from Mr. Hozendorff, the Kings Secretary.
