King Philip declared, by instrument of 11 Apr 1713 (copy joined) about percent reserved by the Assiento of Negroes on selling merchandise brought by England to the Indies to be taken out under Queen Anne's name alone. Spanish King also declared 17 June 1713 [copy enclosed] that 10 percent he had reserved on the charges of 2 ships be also at the disposition of the Queen. Therefore the King of Great Britain asks the Spanish King to have the formal Cedulas drawn up so that these percentages can be passed to the said [South Sea] Company.
