London. Letter. Was at Epsom; Major Smith. SS [South Sea?] gentlemen are not reasonable; meantime the Affric Company will suffer. Minorca might be more convenient than Marseilles, but the military government makes it impracticable. I suffered 3 years in Minorca and wasn't paid for it.
