Draft of letter to Sir Stephen Euance. Encl the letter. Believe that we can insist on the whole bay and straits of Hudson, and the French won't break the treaty--if they're left in Yorke Port it will in time deprive us of rich land; if the Company cannot enjoy theire whole right the French will in time be masters of the whole Beaver trade
