This series contains records documenting Mason's work within Special Collections at the University of Kansas (KU) and the Kenneth Spencer Research Library (KSRL). The series also includes Special Collections annual reports, checklists for projects, materials from classes taught by Mason, career evaluations, publications and manuscripts, and files on collections at Spencer and administrative files. Further, the series includes records documenting work on and reference materials about exhibits and exhibit preparation, deaccessioning, technological developments, bibliographic description and cataloging, library projects and digitization, ethical standards, library events, and archives and libraries management.
