Letter to [?]. I hear in the country that Mr [Howe?] wrote Mr Hill that though I had promised Mr Windham my interest I intended to be very cold in the matter. A. This is not true nor honourable b. Discussions between you, me, and [Howe?] should not be made public. Hill appears to oppose me always: after the horrible murder by James Smyth he took Smyth's animals away lest I have them
