Petition to the Treasury. I was deputy to Thomas Moore late Paymaster General of the Forces and kept an office for issuing debentures for Army debts from 25 Dec 1717 to 30 June 1719; but I was paid only for 1 year; I handed over to the Duke of Chandos' deputy the unissued debentures in June 1719
