Daughter Eleanor inherited subject to a mortgage to Thomas Beverley assigned to Thomas Western. 1675 Eleanor married Richard Graham of Ireland; marriage settlement recited; Elizabeth only surviving issue. 1681 the Grahams took out a 2nd mortgage with Anthony Lord Falkland and Sir James Hayes (or a sale?), but Falkland did not fulfil his obligations...Hayes died before the cause was heard in 1692 having appointed Lady Falkland, John Hayes, James Blake, Arthur Moor executors...[many complications, unread]...the ad Confrates further pretend that 30 July 1712 James Hayes and Lady Falkland being indebted to Arthur Moore (bond 27 July 1709) did assign the premises for remainder of the 500 years to Thomas Moore in trust for Arthur Moore subject to a statute staple, and Arthur Moore and Thomas Moore assigned 22 Nov 1714 their interest to James Blake, subject to a proviso that Blake when paid £700 should reassign it to Arthur Moore. North and Guilford and Thomas Parr as representatives of Arthur Moore insist on this security...[more unread complications]
