Draft? Fragment of a deposition: pages 25-30 [31-32]. Covers articles 24, 26-28, 30-34, 43-46. Begins "That on Saturday the 23rd March 1694 this deponent being by appointment to…" settle the treaty, the Complainent Thomas, who had just heard that all his goods, cattell, and stock were seized at the suite of Francis Price, fell in a fit, seemingly dead; Arthur Moore distressed, sent for a surgeon, who saved Thomas; the fit was from the news of his loss, and his disappointment in his son, and having no hope of returning home as Lady Harley informed the deponent Arthur Moore
