The Unclassified Professional Staff (UPS) senate represents unclassified non-faculty staff and support staff working at the University of Kansas, with a mission to foster closer cooperation and exchange between unclassified professional staff and support staff; serve as a forum for discussion of common employment concerns; facilitate professional development for members; and provide a formal channel to communicate common concerns to the appropriate university and state officials.
