Abstract of the title of Arthur Moore Esq to the estates in Gloucestershire circa [1732?]. 3 November 1702. Hurst. At an Halimot of the Lady Countess Dowager of Berkley before John Rous the steward. William Moore and Arthur Moore, sons of Arthur Moore of Fetcham and Theophila his wife heire of the said Lady took of the Lady thereversion of circa 38 acres then in the tenure of the said Theophilia for their life. 2 December 1703. Indenture between Earl of Berkley and Arthur Moore, to lease lands in Cloxton, near Ham (Gloucestershire) for 99 years if William Moore, son of Arthur Moore should so long live (previously demised to Thomas Petit for 99 years if Theophilia Smith or Charles Weston should so long live). 2 December 1703. Indenture between Earl and Countess of Berkley, and Arthur Moore, to lease Linton, near Berkley (Gloucestershire) then in possession of Arthur Moore in right of his wife by court roll dated 26 October 1686, to hold for 99 years from the determination of the estate of Thomas Moore if either of his sons should so long live. 2 December 1703. Indenture between Earl of Berkley and Arthur Moore, leasing various lands (formerly in possession of Francis Jay) in Ham if Theophilia Moore, William Moore, or James Moore shall so long live. These are the whole of the Gloucestershire estates. Q. will she accept money in lieu of Surrey income. The Colonel alleges he had paid Madam Moore above £800 since the death of her husband. 3 sons' shares.
