Letter to Colonel Thomas Moore, Ockley. If Madam Moore quits your town house you may wait long for another tenant. I thought if she and her two eldest sons live together they could afford the rent; but when I dined with her and Mr William I saw that it was uncertain if Mr Smithe would live with her. She refuses to go into the country. Their proposal about the rent; she, and perhaps Smithe and William when in town. You can't be reimbursed for your family kindness until all is sold; Mr Collyer is so dilatory despite the friendship he'd had from Mr Moore
