Defendants: Theophila Moore, Arthur Ingram, William Moore (Executor of Thomas Moore deceased who was the only executor of Arthur Moore elder and younger); Charles Hays (executor of James Smith Moore), daughters [named] of James Blake, Robert Snell, Algernon Coote, Earl of Montrath, Earl of Grantham. Master's report of 26 June that Mr Thomas Smith the best purchasor of the premises therein mentioned for £7300; so ordered
