Datchet. Letter to William Moore, MP, Polesden. You must eject Howell, your agent at Litchfield, by force; he won't listen to Mr Wyat the surveyor or Mr Simpson. The time for perfecting the Agreements made for the Sale of part of the premises draws on. Mr Bayly charges me with all the rent of the Hall Farm. It won't sell for what was offered me when at Litchfield; you need a tenant. Land tax on Howells farm must be paid. Mr Levett is apparently trying to upset the sale
