I am content that the opinion of the Court should be obtained cheaply so that the testator's debts which still remain may be satisfied. Mr Palmer should not pay anyone until he knows who I have paid. Encl. letter to Palmer. Verso: Letter on back to Mr Palmer [copy made by Palmer?]. Dublin 30 May 1750. I understand you have re[ceive]d part of Mrs Moore's assetts which lay in Chancery and are about to get an opinion as to the residuary heir. OK; but notify Zeb.
