Materials in this sub-series were created by Mitchell to present to various classes at KU. These classes visited the Kenneth Spencer Research Library (KSRL) and were given a tour of the various collecting areas of KSRL and were sometimes accompanied by demonstrations.

As one-off presentations, many of the files in this sub-series contain scripts curated to the specific visiting class or notes about subjects Mitchell wished to bring to students' attention. Mitchell also collected syllabi and correspondence from professors about the class to ensure his presentation was tailored to the visiting class.
