My designe is that the new Trustees shall fit out vessels and we be indemnified for expense and hazard, and get 1/3 of the profits, and that I'll be a Trustee and supervise their books; gold ore. Details of my father's shares. Lord Baltimore declined to lead the subscription during my father's life. Possible purchaser of Randalls (details). Family friction. Mason, Charles Hayes. Hoare the lawyer in Craven buildings who wrote to my brother [William Moore?] has promised to stop proceedings. Please empower me to posses those shares and to act for your as supervising Trustee in the Gold Mine Pattent
