Maxine Patterson is noted in meeting minutes to be in charge of displays. These poster-size framed collages were presumably displayed at reunions. They have been dismantled and placed in folders for preservation purposes, along with a color image of the intact collage prior to dismantling. Some news clippings were photocopied and the originals discarded due to deterioration.
