Black covers, handwritten label in silver ink of "Autographs" on front cover, album kept by Watters while at Mountjoy Prison. Individuals may have included quotations, bits of poetry, nicknames, phrases in Irish Gaelic, personal notes, home addresses, and other items in addition to the date and their signature. Some noted which day they were on in the hunger strike. Inside back cover includes a "Roll of Honour" for those on hunger strike, starting with Andrew O'Sullivan, who died on strike.
