Folders in this series are mostly concerned with organizing reunions, which are generally held every three years. Harrison labeled folders by year, though some papers dealing with the planning of the reunion may have started the year before. Original folder titles have been retained. Titles created by Spencer staff for unlabeled items are indicated with [brackets]. Folders that include photographs are noted.
Materials in this series typically include Dunbar School Alumni Association meeting minutes, member lists, correspondence with members and reunion venues, programs from the reunions, registration forms, satisfaction surveys, and memorial lists. Materials dating from the 1990s through 2000 also refelect the DSAA's work to have the school site declared a historic landmark and to place a historical marker there.
