Tube in which the poster was donated says, "GMS [Gary Mark Smith] friend Elizabeth "Grandma" Layton poster. Given to the folks at Halle St. Pierre Museum in Paris in September 2001 (just after 9-11) by Elizabeth's agent, Don Lambert. Then given by a man at Halle St. Pierre when GMS inquired about the museum's connections with the artist in February 2020 on the very cusp of the COVID pandemic. On February 14, while GMS and Kim Heck watched the valentine night performance at Moulin Rouge, the first person to die of the COVID outside Asia, the first in Europe, passed away at a hospital less than 2 miles from Montmartre..."
