The Center, established in 2016 with support from School of Law alumni and friends employed at the national law firm Polsinelli, serves as an umbrella for transactional law courses and for symposia and programming related to mergers and acquisitions, financing, real estate, joint ventures, and other business transactions and creating contracts and deals. The Center gives Law students practical skills while still in training.
