This series contains the papers of Josiah Miller, dating from 1854-1870 and those of various members of his family, dating from 1840-1905. Family members include Robert H. Miller, Josiah's father (flourished 1833-1882); Josiah's brothers William (1841-1919) and George (1834-1900); Agnes C. Miller (1828-1913), Josiah's wife; and Lena (Miller) Owen, William Miller's daughter and Josiah's niece.
Includes correspondence, business papers, account books, legal documents, deeds, mortgages, and land transfers.
