Biography of Arthur T. Walker
Arthur T. Walker received his A.B. from the University of New York City in 1887, his A.M. from Vanderbilt University in 1892, and his Ph.D. from the University of Chicago in 1898. He joined the faculty of the University of Kansas in 1897 as a Professor of Latin. He also served as the Director of the Summer Session and as the Director of Vocations. He retired from KU in 1942 and died in 1948.
