Biography of Louise Brown Family
Little is known of the Louise Brown family; it is unclear when and to whom she was born and when she married. Brown resided at 816 New Jersey, Lawrence, Kansas for at least five years. By 1917, a son, William C, and his wife, Bertha, were proprietors of the Lawrence Pantatorium, a dry cleaning business at 12 West 9th Street.

The Louise Brown Family papers date from 1874 and 1889-1917. They consist of correspondence, a fraternal order card (for the International Order of Twelve, Kansas-Nebraska Jurisdiction), a bank booklet, a certificate, Lawrence Pantatorium bill, and a few miscellaneous notes.
