Biography of Charles H. Ashton
Ashton recieved his B.A. from Union College in 1887 and his M.A. from Harvard in 1893, both in Mathematics. He joined the faculty of KU in 1903, reaching full Professor status in 1915. He became Chair of the Department of Mathematics in 1921 and retired in 1935.
