Biography of George Wedge
Wedge received his B.A. from Middlebury in 1952, his M.A. in 1955, and his Ph.D. in 1964, the latter two degrees from Minnesota. He joined the faculty of the University of Kansas in 1958 and during his tenure taught English and Linguistics. He retired in 1993.
