This writ commands Harry McCarter, Alva Hawkins, "Lamp" Brown, Jim Averill, and Govel, night clerk at the Gove Hotel, all of Dodge City to appear before Richard W. Evans, County Attorney, and give testimony regarding violation of the prohibitory liquor law. Evans later became a Kansas District Judge.
