Kansas Aviation collection
Overview
The collection includes photographs, newspaper clippings, and other memorabilia about early aviation in Kansas, including photographs of Lindbergh's plane "Spirit of St. Louis" at its 1927 stop in Wichita. Some items were collected by Harley Garrett regarding a 1920 car-plane crash he witnessed in Dodge City.
