Records of the 59 Coalition
Overview
The Franklin-Douglas County Coalition of Concerned Citizens is a grassroots organization in northeast Kansas devoted to the development and maintenance of U.S. Highway 59 between Ottawa and Lawrence - to "Keep 59 on 59". The records of the group contain membership information, research for environmental studies, including public surveys and survey results, reports and information provided by the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT), and legal correspondence.
