Scope and Contents
An anonymous Lawrence, Kansas doctor or dentist's account book. Entries list the name of the patient and fees charged by the doctor.
Notes in the back of the account book suggest that the doctor or dentist had practiced in Lawrence at least since 1865. The note reads: "Took possession of G. W. Matthews office March 15th 1865."
