Lillian Garton was born in Dorrance, Kansas in 1912. For most of her adult life Garton lived in Long Beach, California. Garton was a well-known amateur photographer and was active in the Photographic Society of America. Garton has won many photography awards, nationally and internationally. This collection contains slides, photographs, letters, and printed material.
