Biography of Arthur B. Leonard (1902-1987)
Leonard received his A.B. from Central State Teachers' College in 1931, his A.M. in 1933 and his Ph.D. in 1937, both from the University of Kansas. He joined the faculty of KU in 1931, reaching full Professor status in 1949. He retired in 1972 and died in 1987.
