Personal papers of James K. Logan
Overview
Logan was a professor in the School of Law at the University of Kansas from 1957-1969. The collection consists of two boxes of galley proofs and correspondence for the manuscript Cases and Test on Future Interests and Estate Planning.

Biography of James K. Logan
Logan received his A.B. from the University of Kansas in 1952 and his L.L.B. from Harvard in 1955. He joined the KU faculty in 1957. He was named a full Professor and Dean of the Law School in 1961.
