Biography of Camilla Cave

Kansas native, Camilla Luther Cave, was born in 1912 to Lester "Dick" Luther and Mae Belle Cook, married in 1911. She attended school in Cimarron, Kansas and attended college at Lindenwood College and the University of Kansas, graduating in 1934. She married Ellis Cave in 1936. The couple had four children.

Throughout her life she was active in non-profit and civic organizations within Dodge City and the state of Kansas, including the Kansas Arts Commission, Dodge City Community Concert Association, the Kansas Committee for the Humanities, and other groups promoting arts and education.

In May 1980, Cave was presented with a Distinguished Service Award at the University of Kansas for her involvement in the humanities.

Cave died in 1998.

Biography of Manon Mallin

Manon Mallin was born in 1931 to Anne and Harry Sircus. She grew up in Kansas City and married Harry Mallin in 1952.
