Biography of Albert D. Salisbury, Jr.
Albert Delaney Salisbury, Jr. was born July 2, 1900 to Mr. and Mrs. Albert Salisbury. For 44 years, Salisbury worked in the University of Kansas Chemistry Department. Highly active in various organizations, Salisbury was a member of the Western Star Lodge #1 A.F. & A.M. of the M. W. Prince Hall Grand Lodge and of Lawrence, Kansas' Ninth Street Missionary Baptist Church.
Salisbury married Wauneta Helen Johnson November 12, 1932. Wauneta died in 1985 and Salisbury died on October 11, 1998.
