Papers of Waldo Walker
Overview
This collection includes family papers of Waldo Walker, born in 1918 in Mankato, Kansas. He graduated from Mankato High School, and served in the U.S. Army, 1940-1949. In later life, he was a businessman in Atchison, Kansas. The papers also include personal photographs, some relating to Waldo Walker's service in the Army, as well as scrapbooks and yearbooks. Most papers relate to his service in the army and include manuals, etc. from World War II. Some documents and photos are of his wife, Leta (Lorimor) Walker.
