Biography of Edward G. Nelson
Nelson received his B.S. in 1926 and his A.M. in 1928, both from Southern California. He received his Ph.D. from Stanford in 1932. He joined the faculty of KU in 1945, teaching Accounting. He reached full Professor status in 1949 and retired in 1976.
