Biography of Keith L. Nitcher
Nitcher received his B.A. from Washburn University and received his certified public accountant (C.P.A.) certification in 1954. He joined the University of Kansas faculty teaching accounting in the School of Business in 1964. Nitcher also served as the KU Comptroller from 1957-1968, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor for Finance, and Vice Chancellor for Business Affairs. He retired in 1993.
