Biography of William Cape

Cape received his A.B. in 1947 and his M.A. in 1948, both from Fort Hays State. In 1952 he received his Ph.D. from KU. In 1949 he joined the faculty of KU in the Political Science Department and worked at the University from 1949-1952, 1957-1958, and 1961-1973. He died in 1973.
