Extent

1 volume : 176 leaves total, many unnumbered, in several hands. Contemporary vellum. Sections 1 & 2 were apparently added to the volume by Corsius [?], being mentioned in his table of contents and sewn loosely in at the front of the otherwise firmly bound volume. ; Volume is no taller than 20 cm.

A table of contents on unnumbered pages at the beginning of the section states "Hic liber continet notas sequentes in iurem. Per D. Maranum. Hic alligatas."

Items bound together in the volume include Primo notulas quasdam, in primum Institutionum librum seu quosdam illiu secundi libri titulos confuse (10 leaves, unnumbered, bound at beginning) -- Notas in eumdem [sic] primum Institutionum librum quibusdam titulis praetermissis (34 unnumbered leaves - P. D. Maret professorem. Hic itidem alligatas) -- Notas in eumdem primum institutionum librum integrum (48 pages, Per D. I. Masiuii doctorem) -- Notas in eumdem primum Institutionem liberum fare integrum per altos incognitos (3 leaves, pages 31-84, 1 leaf, written in 3 separate hands) -- Notas in varios titulos secundi et tertii Inatitution (26 leaves, 6 of which are blank, Per me Jacobum Corsium [? Gorsium?]) -- Notas in librum tertium Institutionum usq; ad Tit. 13. P. dictum D. I. Masium (in same hand as the third item in volume and from same book, identified by ruling and other characteristics--pages 1-62, 63 and 64 blank) -- Notas in Tit. de Jurisd (16 leaves - omn. Jud. leaves [blot] et in legem primam fare leaves de obligation. Per D. I. Duiacium professorem).
