Samuel Dannell of Jefferson County, Ohio, has bought the following Lands of the United States (in the Territory Nw of the Ohio, and above the mouth of Kentucky River) and is hereby granted them: The Ne quarter of Section 28 in Township 12 of Range 4. He has registered them in the Land Office at Steubenville. Recorded Volume: 28 [?], Page 455. Signed by James Monroe as President.; Signed by Josiah Meigs, Commissioner of the General Land Office.
