Overview
R. T. [or R. J.? or R. I.?] writes to George Willis, editor and publisher of Willis's Current Notes: a series of articles on antiquities, biography, heraldry, history, language, literature, topography, curious customs, etc., selected from original letters and documents. R. T. notes that he knows of an advertisement announcing the first circulating library that will answer a question of another reader of the Current Notes. He also provides information about official government stationery and about Richard Grenville, Earl Temple, his family and government connections.
