An unknown writer from the British Isles makes notes on the Mirror of the Sacrament of Penance by Hugh McAngel, "A Dialogue between Oisin and Patrick", "A Dialogue between Tadhg and the Friar", and the description of several miracles. Some names and notes are in Gaelic, including a transcription of "The Miracle of Scuithin and Bishop Bairre". The notes were written on one bifolium, covering 4 pages.
