Incipit: "If intromissione with airship goods of no great importance..." Legal precedents abstracted from decisions of the Court of Session made 1622-1666, arranged alphabetically by subject. Each precedent is followed by a date or dates of relevant decisions. The first subject left is probably Airship [Heirship]; the last is Warrandice.

Imperfect: pages 1-4 wanting Authorship: 1. Manuscript uses Scottish spellings (ane, samen) and terms (spuilzie). 2. The judicial body referred to as "Lords" is the Lords of Council and Session (the Court of Session). This manuscript probably consists wholly or partially of precedents set by the Court of Session.
