Biography of William E. Needham
William E. Needham was born July 1862 in Illinois. He married in 1884. He and his wife Elizabeth became residents of Kansas on or before 1885. They lived in Atchison County for a number of years. On or before 1900, they moved to Wichita (Sedgwick County), Kansas, where Needham was employed as assistant manager at Wichita's Beacon Building newspaper offices.
