This collection consists of historic structure data inventory sheets compiled by Dale Nimz for the City of Lawrence for properties located in downtown Lawrence, Kansas. Information listed on the sheets may include property type, names of owner(s) and occupier(s), when the building was built, and other brief information about the property. Other documentation, such as information from tax records, may also be associated with an address, but information for most locations is minimal. Photographic prints for most of the properties are available at RH MS-P 403.

The collection is organized by street address of the property being inventoried. The bulk of the collection focuses on properties located between the 600 and 1000 blocks on Connecticut, Kentucky, Tennessee, Rhode Island, and Ohio Streets. Arrangement of the photographic prints associated with each property mirrors the survey form arrangement.
