Ray J. Stanclift, Jr. earned three degrees from the University of Kansas, a B.S. in Chemical Engineering in 1941, a M.S. in Chemical Engineering in 1948, and a Ph.D in Chemical Engineering in 1951. This collection contains his diplomas; papers from his time as a student; his Masters Thesis, Doctoral Thesis, and Doctoral Dissertation; correspondance about his work; and information about his subsequent career.

Biography of Ray J. Stanclift

Ray J. Stanclift, Jr. first graduated from the University of Kansas in 1941 with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. He then joined the Du Pont company before being called to active service for World War Ii. After the war, Stanflict returned to KU to earn a M.S. and then a Ph.D in Chemcial Engineering. He then joined the Exxon Corporation before retiring in 1982. Ray J. Stanclift died in 2010.
