John Scoville collection
Overview
The John Scoville collection is arranged roughly by topic and in chronological order. It consists largely of newspaper articles and book photocopies regarding a wide range of topics including anti-semitism, fascism, Nazism, the Ku Klux Klan, and homosexuality. The actions of the Nazi party leaders and followers are the main focus, including a substantial amount of articles regarding David Duke, George Lincoln Rockwell, and J.B. Stoner. The collection contains a few photocopies from books published before the 1950s, the earliest from 1934. The collection also contains printed internet articles from as late as 2003. However, the bulk of the material consists of newspaper clippings from 1966-1978.This collection also contains a red Nazi banner with a swastika and two bibliographies which list the sources of John Scoville's original research.
