Biography of David Stout
David Stout was born at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Hutchinson, Kansas in May 1945 and lived with his mother's family in Sylvia, Kansas until his father returned from Europe in December 1945. The Stouts thereafter moved to Rolla, Morton County, Kansas, where Stout graduated from high school in 1963.
Stout went on to study at the University of Kansas, earning bachelors and masters in social work in 1973 and 1976 respectively.
